KeithLink's low-price, cost-effective multifunction power meter SourceMeter measurement system is your other choice outside of Keithley 2400. It can output voltage or current, measure the current or voltage by KeithLink I-V Curve measuring program.
It can also perform small resistance to the high resistance resistor (sheet resistance, resistivity) measurements. One system with multifunctions is your best choice for component characteristic curve measurement and four-point probe measurement.
Additionally, with our probe holder, probe stations, or four-point probe station, this system can measure wafer or thin-film resistance.
