It can also perform small resistance to the high resistance resistor (sheet resistance, resistivity) measurements. One system with multifunctions is your best choice for component characteristic curve measurement and four-point probe measurement.
Additionally, with our probe holder, probe stations, or four-point probe station, this system can measure wafer or thin-film resistance.
